ORC: Redwood: VBS Rule: Cancel/Suspend Job Requisition

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

Currently there is no place holder to capture reasons for suspending or cancelling job requisitions. We want to display a warning message to the user requesting them to enter the reason in the "Comments". Is there a possibility to achieve this using VBS rule. We are unable to identify the action list on the VBS page.
