AI Agent Studio - best practices for Document tool

Hello,

We’re planning to create an Agent team in AI Agent Studio with the main goal of helping employees find answers about HR policies. Ideally, this agent will need to retrieve information from multiple sources (documents), including collective agreements, D&I policies, HSE guidelines, and more.

What are the best practices for managing these documents? Should we consolidate them into a single document tool, or would it be better to create multiple document tools, each dedicated to a specific area of knowledge?

Any other alternative/idea/experience in order to address this need via AI agent studio is deeply appreciated.
