VBS: Default Value Configuration Not Working After Publishing

Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications: 25C (11.13.25.07.0)

We configured the section"Work Relationship Info" to be displayed and set the column “Auto Conversion” to YES as the default value several days ago, and it was working fine.

However, since last week, we noticed that the default value is no longer working.
So we checked using VBS and found that the Default Value column now shows True/False options to select. (Previously, when we configured it as f(x)...=YES, we didn’t see any options.) Therefore, we selected True for the default value.

But after publishing, the process in the TEST environment did not change.
