Hi All,

One of our customers recommends using Microsoft 365’s SMTP server to send emails from the Oracle application, instead of allowing Oracle’s servers to send emails directly using their domain. Please confirm if the Oracle application is compatible with Microsoft 365’s SMTP server or not? When we checked this with Oracle support team, they don't have any documentation regarding the same and suggested to check in the community forum.
