Unable to define condition with open bracket () while defining account rule in SLA

in Revenue Management

I am getting an product attribute (e.g. Software - Download (License)) from different system (non-oracle) which is stored as DFF, based on this I'm writing account rule but it doesn't allow to add open bracket, it is giving an error 'The validation failed for one or more errors {0}. (XLA-870336)'.

Can you suggest how to resolve the error.
