RMA stuck in "Received" status

Summary:

We are creating RMA in fusion and flowing it to WMS, receving and doing the putaway of ASN in WMS and flowing it back to fusion by running the job "Send receipt confirmation", but it is stuck in received status. How to rectify this and push it till "Awaiting Billing" status
