How to add Equipment Number to a Shipment?

Hi Team,

We’re working on a project that requires creating shipments directly in OTM via REST APIs (without creating an Order Release). For tracking, it’s critical that we set the Equipment Number at the Shipment Equipment level, since all milestones are captured at that level by equipment number.

However, I’m not seeing a way to populate Equipment Number in the REST API payload. I can see the field in the Shipment Equipment section of the OTM UI, but it doesn’t appear in the API documentation/payload structure.

Could you please advise whether:
