What is the recommended way of clearing the errored records from the interface tables?

We want to clear the records of errored Budget and Forecast data uploads, accumulated in the interface tables.

We ran the job "Clear Budgetary Control Budget Interface Records", and even though the job is completing successfully, the records are not being deleted.

Through the Correct Budget Import Errors spreadsheet we are retrieving each Run Name and if we use the Mark for Deletion column, we can clear them one-by-one.

What is the recommended efficient way of clearing the errored records from the interface tables, without impacting the successful valid records?
