Redwood Issuing Comments field in Document Record Displays html Text in OTBI

We just implemented Redwood for Document Records. The Redwood field for Issuing Comments (seeded Oracle field) displays as a rich text editor field where bold, italics, etc. can be selected. Text entered appears in basic analytic reports in the source code format with all the html tags When will Oracle correct the data model?

If I create a document record in a responsive UI page, the Issuing Comments field is a basic text field, and when this is displayed in an OTBI report using Workforce Management - Documents of Record Real Time > Document of Record Details > Comments, the text appears as plain text. But in the Redwood Document Record page, the Issuing Comments field is now a rich text editor field. While the text looks like plain text in the online page, now when you run a basic analysis pulling in this field, the text displays the source code format
