Price list using Calculation Method as cost, SO has error :"No matching cost was found for the item"

Summary:

I would like to test the feature in the price list to calculate the selling price base on the item cost

I setup the selling price as 10% mark up of item cost

However, I got the error :

"No matching cost was found for the item 018269009"

when create SO

I checked the item cost exists

How to resolve the problem ?
