Maximum number of dimensions in EPBCS OOB Reporting (ASO) cube

Based on OOB EPBCS for financial we are using 12 dimension, however for OOB Reporting cube we wanted to have 17 dimensions is it possible?

As per Oracle recommendation we see that 9 dims are standard and max 3 custom dimensions can be added.

Basically from the source we're getting 17 dimensions, so to push it to OEP_FS cube and support oracle recommendation to have max 12 dimensions, we're merging few dimension and making them 12 for OOB BSO cube. and with the integration from OEP_FS to Reporting cube we wanted to send data from 12 dimension to 17 dimension as this is requirements to see the reports at the source data granular level.
