Accrual clearing FBDI or API

Summary:

We have a requirement to create accrual clearing rule based on PO charge account segment value.

As this attribute is not present in Accrual rule creation and user have to manually clear the accrual for those POs.

Is there a FBDI or API to execute accrual clearing manually which can be leveraged.
