Last Updated By attribute is not showing updated names after manual updates to balance explanations

Hi All,

We are trying to track who last updated a balance explanation in Group reconciliation and when was the last update made. However, the attribute "Last Updated By" is not showing my name if I am updating anything within the balance explanation. I am a system admin. Similarly, user's name is not reflected under the "Last Updated By" attribute. We are facing similar behavior in Test and Production instances.

Could you provide some insights on what could be the reason.
