Issue with Learning Recommendations and Missing Employee Recommendation Option

As an admin, we recommended a course to a learner through the Recommendation Profile. However, we are unable to find these learning recommendations in the employee’s view—neither under Grow nor My Learning.

Additionally, we noticed that there is no option for an employee to recommend learning in Oracle Learning. We recall this feature was available in the Responsive UI, but it seems to be missing in Redwood.

Could you please confirm if this is expected behavior or if there is a configuration we need to enable?
