Is there a way to make a dynamic approval rule based on the requestor's Area of responsibility?

Summary:

Hello all, I have a requirement for the ApprovePerformanceGoal process.

I want the approver of the GOAL to be different based on the following:

  • If the requestor has a specific Area of Responsibility, then the Approval should be X person.
  • otherwise, Y person.

I have searched the community and oracle support for a related issue, none of the answers worked for me.

Is this even achievable?
