Learner not able to view the course which is assigned via access groups

Summary:

I have created a course and from manage default access - self service settings i have set it to no access. I have created an access group and accessed this course.

But none on the employees in access group able to view this course and obviously employees outside the access groups are not able to view this course.

To be clear my scenario is this course shouldn't be visible to anyone outside this access group.
