As a line manager how can i drop or withdraw the assigned courses for my reportees

Summary:

As a line manager i want to drop or withdraw the courses which are already assigned to my reportees from the earlier team or someone but not me.
As a line manager how can i check the skills/outcomes which are added on my reportees profiles.

If these are possible can you please share me the steps are i didnt find the option to withdraw and i dont see the option to view the outcomes
