HDL Error - Assignment Change cannot be perform unsynched Action in Assignment and WorkTerms

Summary:

Hi, We cannot do any assignment changes via HDL because unsynched ACTIONS in Assignment and Work terms.

Now, I'm issuing an HDL to update the WORKTERMS action and action reason to be the same with ASSIGNMENT

I'm getting an error that the 2000-05-01 is also not in synched, but here in the database, the only one which is not synch is the latest row.

Do you have a suggestion to resolve this?

Note that for some it worked, but there are cases that the HDL is referring to an old slice.
