How to debug BIP report that has dataset based on Procedure as a SQL type?

Summary:

I have an issue with a BIP report that use a complex plsql code as a dataset. I am looking for suggestion to debug procedure used in dataset. The data set config looks like this:

In Production, the procedure is not returning any value, i am trying to debug the procedure invocation - but is it possible to have a debugging mechanism enabled - like getting logs from dbms_output.putline to a file or any other pointers to debug will be helpful
