Difference in Import Billing Data Jobs

in Revenue Management

Summary:

We are currently live on Oracle Contract Management / Project Billing, Order Management, Subscription Management, Receivables, and Revenue Management. We have all of our integrations working as intended but are looking to see if we can further speed up processing of our integrations.

One question that came up was the difference between these two jobs. I am posting their descriptions from Scheduled Processes below:

"Import Billing Data" - Import billing data into Revenue Management. Validates the billing data for accounting.

"Import Billing Data from Oracle Fusion Receivables" - Imports billing data from Oracle Fusion Receivables for those applications that are integrated with Oracle Fusion Revenue Management.
