Why does "Compare Schedule to Reported Hours Template" delivered rule template adds the absence hrs?
Summary:
We are using the "Compare Schedule to Reported Hours" delivered rule template to provide a warning message when the timecard deviates from the schedule. But when there is an absence, it doubles the hours for that day.
Ex. employee has a 37.5 hr schedule, if they have an absence of 7.5 hours for one day the warning message reads "scheduled 45 hours"
