Unable to view historical Loaded HDL objects beyond 4 weeks

I dont know since when but recently I found out that we are unable to see historical Loaded HDL objects of all types beyond 4 weeks. Is there a lookup that controls this setting. we want to view possible failed objects and are unable to do so.
