Benefit Plan Advisor AI Agent is Not Working
Summary:
Has anyone gotten the Benefit Plan Advisor AI Agent to work? I am getting the "Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk." message. Other agents are working fine, just this one is causing issues. The tracing shows "Request failed with status 403 and error resoponse family CLIENT_ERROR", so guessing it is a security issue but all privileges and roles in the documentation are added.
