Job/Person profile section source type skills vs skills center

Summary:

Before setting up Dynamic skills client had create "Skills" section for Job Profile using the Section Source "Skills" now that we have turned on Dynamic skills and Skill Center is auto created. Client now has two skills sections in a Job Profile and Person Profile.

Questions:

-If we keep both section active, how does this impact the Grow function and AI Recommendation?

-Do we need to have both section turned on? Should we disable the original "Skills" Section in both Job Profile and Person Profile

-If client have data values in the existing "Skills" section do we need to merge the data to Skills Center if client wants to only show 'Skills Center" moving forward?
