Free text box should be visible in bigger size in document of records

Summary:

Hi Team,
We have created descriptive flex fields in document of records with the 4000 characters value set for two of the fields. And we were able to enter 4000 characters in that field. But the challenge here is size of box is small as like as other fields. How to make those fields as bigger in size to accommodate the 4000 characters.
