What table(s) joins the converted work assignment to the pending work assignment?

Summary:

I am seeking information on what table(s) joins the converted work assignment to the pending work assignment? Use case is that information stored on job offer assignment needs to be accessed for converted workers.

I understand the person id can be used to join, however I would expect there to be some relationship between the pending work assignment and the converted assignment just like there is between the offer assignment and the pending work assignment
