Legal Employers operating at this location does not stop defaulting invalid location from department

in Human Capital Management

Summary:

We have a requirement to restrict/allow certain locations for Legal employers. This works by using the Legal Employers operating at this location feature.

The Location LOV restricts the list of Legal employers as required.
However, the application does not restrict/validate the field when the location value gets defaulted from Department and is NOT a valid value for the legal employer.

WE have a department DEP1 which defaults IN.MH.1 location
