Unable to Increase Decimal Precision for Standard "Percent Complete" Field in Oracle Fusion

Hello Community,

We have a requirement to track project progress more precisely in Oracle Fusion. However, we have found that the standard “Percent Complete” field in Project Financial Management does not allow us to increase the number of decimal places beyond the current limitation (whole number or single decimal).

Issue:
Despite exploring available configuration options—including Application Composer and UI personalization—we have been unable to increase the decimal precision for the standard “Percent Complete” field.
