"Ask Oracle" button overlaps and covers up "Save" or "Submit" button on several pages.

The Ask Oracle button covers up the "Save" button and we can't click it to save information. This occurs on the Requisition page when moving candidates (included screenshot below). It also happens on the Create + Edit Job Offer page.

Is there away to fix?
