Oracle Patch Update- Skip 26.02 and 26.03 Update

We got the email from Oracle Cloud saying that "Oracle has decided to not apply the 25.12 (December 2025) and 26.01 (January 2026) updates as well to all environments (test and production) across all EPM business processes."
In addition, we don't want any patch to be updated in February 2026 and March 2026 as well because of year end activities. Could you please let us know the process around it?
