Redwood Item Picker not working after 25D upgrade

Hello All,

We would like to verify if there has been a setup change regarding the index configuration for item search on the Redwood requisition and purchase order pages. We can no longer find the "Configure Index" action, despite it being previously configured and available. We need to configure it for purchase orders, but this functionality appears to be missing after the 25D upgrade. Additionally, the configured item search for Requisitions is not bringing result (4-0001271911).

Has this been removed or relocated?
