Approval and rejection via the notification bell

Hello Oracle Community,

We have identified a usability and security gap in the current approval process within Oracle HCM. Here is the current behavior:

• When a manager clicks Approve or Reject directly from the notification bell (without opening the notification), no confirmation step is requested.

• When a manager opens the notification and then clicks Approve or Reject, a confirmation step is requested, which helps secure the action.

Requested Enhancement : We would like to have a confirmation step when the manager approves or rejects a notification directly from the notification bell, without opening it. This would ensure consistency and prevent accidental approvals or rejections.
