Can HCM Directory separate leadership vs support roles in the org chart and show vacancies?

We are requesting clarification on the visualization behavior of the organizational chart in Oracle HCM Directory.

Currently, all direct reports of a manager are displayed at the same level, even when the manager has mixed roles reporting to them — for example, senior leadership roles (Directors, VPs, Senior Managers) and support roles (Executive Assistant, Driver). In addition to that, open positions (vacancies) are not displayed as part of the hierarchical structure, which limits visibility for workforce planning.

We would like to confirm the following:

  1. Is there any delivered configuration, profile option, or workaround that allows separating or visually grouping direct reports based on job/position attributes such as job family, role type, job level, or another indicator — so that leadership roles remain as primary nodes and support/administrative roles appear in a separate grouping?
