How to make certain fields as read-only for Approver in Terminate Employment Page

In Redwood, when an approver opens a Resign from Employment transaction and clicks Edit the page it will be redirected to Terminate Employment and in that all fields are editable. We need to make some of these fields as read-only for approvers.

Scenario:

1. Employee submits a Resign from Employment transaction
2. Workflow sends it for approval to line manager
3. Approver opens the approval notification and selects Edit.
4. Redwood opens the page to "Terminate employment".
5. Data entered in the fields will be displayed to the line manager.
6. Line manager should only see specific fields like Termination Action, Termination Reason, in read only mode and remaining fields to editable mode.
