Manage Import Maps – “Create New” Always Opens Default Map and Prevents Creating Custom Import Maps

Summary:

We are experiencing an issue in 25D with the Manage Import Maps functionality.
When navigating to: Setup and Maintenance → Manage Import Maps → Create New
the system always opens the existing map: Review Import Map: Item Enrichment with External Healthcare Catalog

Instead of opening a blank import map, the “Create New” action repeatedly loads this predefined map. As a result, we are unable to create any new custom import maps.

This occurs regardless of: Clearing filters, Logging out / clearing browser cache. The behavior is consistent and makes it impossible to create or configure new item import mappings.
