I didn't receive emails when I reset my password

My account name is yiyuduxian5 and my email address is yiyuduxian5@gmail .com. I can't receive the email from Oracle to reset my password. This has been going on for more than half a month and I still can't solve it. Is there anyone here who can help me? I also got in touch with the customer service, but it didn't work. I still haven't received the email to reset my password.
