Hi,

We are trying to load GL Balances from GL to EPM through Oracle ERP cloud connection, on submitting the DLR in Data exchange we could see the Extract General Ledger Cube Balances in ERP show Retrying, getting the below attached error in the ERP side, are we missing anything on EPM or ERP side

Note: We have the General Accountant Manager Role in the ERP side for the Service user which triggers integration

We know this is a issue to raised on ERP community would like to know from experts on what could be solution to resolve the issue
