Can Configure FYI notification goes to User if other user get any notification

Summary:

Hello Team,

We have configured approval for multiple transactions (Absence, DOR, ICP , etc..) and let's say it goes to the Direct Manager

And now we get a requirement that a specific user [X] if got any notification FYI goes to another user [Y]

Instead of edit all approvals and add a condition to check if the direct manager is X or Not

Can this be achieved through BPM or something?
