Enterprise seniority is calculating by considering Emp and CWK records both for an employee.

We are in V3 seniority. Below is the enterprise seniority rule that we defined (attached a snapshot).

To the people who served both as an employee and a contingent worker for an enterprise in their tenure in the organization, to them enterprise seniority is calculating by considering both tenures (Emp and CWK) in employee record.

We are expecting employee record should calculate only the person tenure as an employee. That should not consider the person tenure as CWK in employee record.

Below attached a snapshot from employee record that is showing both CWK and Employee tenure. We are using cumulative calculation for Enterprise seniority dates.
