is order transfer return honour inter organization parameters?

Hi community,

I did test the Create Receipt Returns for Expense Destination Transfer Orders New feature from 24C. (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/scm/24c/inv24c/24C-inventory-wn-f32916.htm)

I shipped material from Org A to Org B where destination subinventory is non quantity track (expense).

I create a receipt returns and shipped it back to Org A. ;

Once shipped the material is direcctly transfer to it original stock locator in Org A although the Interorganization parameters "Transfer Type for Inventory Destination" between Org B to Org A is set to "In Transit".

Is this the expected behavior?
