HELP!!! - 25C -Webclock Error: This clock event is missing its In event. (HXT-1665173)

Getting the following error when when all IN events are properly recorded. Why the webclock is asking to record and add again?

This clock event is missing its In event. (HXT-1665173) Details: You can record this clock event and manually add the missing In, record only this clock event, or not record anything at this time.

Please advise.
