ITEM LOV issues in Create Supply Request REDWOOD

in Supply Chain Orchestration

In REDWOOD page of Create Transfer Order (from Item Quantities screen), Item LOV is coming blank. No list displays.

However, for the same Item if I try to create Supply request via Classic UI it works and TO creation is successful.

Any idea why none of the Items in the destination Org is coming in LOV? Even if the Item has on-hand or no on hand none of the items are visible in the LOV
