when i try to update work definition , got struck with loading

I attempted to update a work definition using FBDI, but I'm encountering the error shown below. I entered the date in the correct Oracle date format in the Operation Item tab, yet the error still appears. Can someone help me resolve this issue? attaching files detail for reference.
