How to add DFF fields in Project Status Approval template

According to client requirement, I need to include one of the DFFs of Project Foundation in Project Status Approval template.

I have downloaded the rtf template file from ProjectStatusChangeApprovalReport 
and xml file from ProjectStatusDM.

After I uploaded the xml file in rtf template, I could see the standard Project Details to select, but I cannot see the DFFs defined for Project Foundation.

E.g. DFF I want to add is "PROJ_ATTR_DAT1".

How can I retrieve the xml file so that I can also add DFF fields in the Approval template?

PROJ_ATTR_DAT1 in ProjectStatusDM. it is showing up in Structure Tab, but it is not being included in xml file that I download from Properties.
