Payroll Time type not translated in change request

Payroll Time Type values are not displayed in the translated language within the Change Request functionality, even though the translations were completed under the “Elements” task.

Content :

We are facing an issue in Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor where the Payroll Time Type field in the Change Request screen does not show the translated values.
All translations were properly entered in the Elements configuration page, and they appear correctly in other parts of the application.
However, in the Change Request process, the dropdown still shows the base-language (English) values instead of the translated ones (French).
We verified the Time Entry Layout Components and the Time Card Fields but did not find any manual override for the labels.
