How to Integrate Microsoft Active Directory (On-Premise) with Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC)

We are exploring options to integrate Microsoft Active Directory (AD) on-premise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen 3. Since OIC does not provide a native LDAP adapter, we are looking for recommended approaches, best practices, or reference architectures to perform user account operations (create, update, disable) in on-premise AD.
