Data integration (refreshing from source issue)

Hi everyone,

I have an ERP → EPM integration issue where a segment value with special characters was fixed in ERP, but EPM is still receiving the old value. Even after setting “Refresh Members from Source = Yes,” the load continues to fail with one unmapped row.

Why is the ERP extract still returning the old segment value, and what needs to be refreshed on the ERP/EPM side to make EPM pick up the updated value?
