Label documents received from the carrier via JT, need to be directly printed from OTM.

Summary:

We have a requirement where label documents will be received from the carrier via JT, and the client wants these documents to be printed directly from OTM.

We have reviewed the Oracle documentation regarding printer setup. Based on what we understand, the printer must be accessible over the internet so that OTM (being a cloud application) can initiate the print job. However, in our client’s environment, the printers are only available inside their local network and are not exposed externally.

So just wanted to know,
Is there any supported way for OTM Cloud to send print jobs to a printer that is only accessible on the customer’s internal network? From what we understand, OTM typically requires the printer to be internet-reachable, so we want to verify whether any alternative approach exists before advising the client.

Howdy, Stranger!
