Integrating a chatbot in Oracle Field Service that uses Fusion asset data

Summary:

Our goal is:

Host or embed a chatbot experience in Oracle Field Service (for example in the mobile UI / Collaboration / Where Is My Technician or another supported page), and

Have that chatbot call Fusion / Installed Base to pull asset information for the current activity (serial number, history, open SRs, etc.), and possibly update data or create SRs.

Questions:

Is this supported by AI Agent Studio, or can we only host agents on Fusion and not Field Service?
