Product Notice - Eloqua: POD 8 Only - RSA SSL Certificate Updates [Dec 10, 2025]

Overview

On Wednesday, December 10, 2025 between 10:00– 11:00 am AST (UTC +3) the *.p08.eloqua.com RSA SSL cert is being replaced with SAN certs for secure.p08.eloqua.com and apps.p08.eloqua.com and their applicable domains including:

  • secure.p08.eloqua.com, insight.p08.eloqua.com, analytics.p08.eloqua.com, reporting.p08.eloqua.com AND
  • apps.p08.eloqua.com, static-apps.p08.eloqua.com, embed-apps.p08.eloqua.com, admin.p08.eloqua.com, embed-admin.p08.eloqua.com

This update applies only to clients who use SSL certificates for authentication. Customers using OAuth or basic authentication methods are not impacted. If your integration relies on the RSA SSL certificates for the listed Eloqua Pod 8 domains, you must update your integration with the new attached RSA SSL certificates. For example: If you maintain a store of trusted SSL certificates, add the new RSA certificate to your Trusted Store.
